Vinyasa Yoga
Fluid. Energizing. Centered.
In this breath-led practice, we flow through sequences that energize the body and quiet the mind. Movement and breath merge into a moving meditation, encouraging presence and release. Expect a dynamic class with space to feel your edges — always guided by intention, not performance.

Hatha Flow Yoga
Balanced. Spacious. Intentional.
Hatha Flow blends the mindful pace of Hatha with the gentle fluidity of Vinyasa. Movements are linked with breath, but we pause to explore, to feel, to anchor. It’s the sweet spot between stillness and motion — a nourishing flow that grounds you while inviting subtle shifts and quiet strength.
Ideal if you’re seeking a deeply embodied, breathful experience that’s both gentle and expansive.
Hatha
Slow. Grounded. Aware.
This class invites you to move with intention — holding poses with mindful breath and presence. In Hatha, we slow down enough to feel — to explore alignment, build strength, and create space in both body and mind. Each posture becomes a doorway to deeper awareness, stillness, and connection within.
